Emily started vaulting in the fall of 2015 when she and her brother attended an Intro to Vaulting class through a partnership with the Kentwood Park’s and Rec department.  She loved vaulting so much that she decided to join our competitive team! After a few years, Emily started assistant coaching vaulting and helping around the barn.  And not long after that began taking riding lessons and became and official coach for our beginner vaulters.   Emily says, “Being at the barn has helped me grow a lot as a person by pushing me out of my comfort zone. Plus I love learning all about a new animal. It has felt like home since day one!”
