Kelsey is a junior at Caledonia High School and has been riding at Legacy Stables for about 5 years now. She’s always liked animals and working with them, so when she found Legacy she thought she’d try out something new. Some of her family members and some friends already had horses, so she got introduced to horses through them. All of the friendly people and amazing horses is what excites her about working at Legacy Stables. She says, “Everybody there is so willing to teach and be patient with me, and it’s just a great family barn to be around.” When Kelsey is not working, she likes to hang out with friends and family. She also enjoys traveling, seeing new places, and experiencing new things. The main reason she feels like a good fit to work at legacy is her willingness and compassion to get things done. She also loves working with animals and would do anything to help and teach them new things.
